Hema Srinivas 

Hema has 25 years of work experience with varied industrial houses, across the Learning and Development, Consulting and BFSI (banking and financial services) verticals.  She has held client facing and leadership roles throughout her career, having managed relationships of large and emerging corporates. This experience has sensitized her to understanding different industry segments.  Inspired with the area of people development, she moved to the Learning and Development sector in 2007.  Hema works on consulting, customized solution implementation, delivering training for enhancing people performance and coaching people to maximize their potential.

Hema’s understanding of business issues of various industries contributes to the effectiveness of training and consulting – with a strong focus on Return on Investment (ROI) to the client.

Hema has an energetic, persuasive communication style which enables her to connect with participants and build rapport.  She illustrates skill usage through storytelling, vivid real life examples and helps with the objective of application of learning in various environments.

Education

Hema has an MBA in Finance from the School of Management Studies of Jawahar Lal Nehru Technological University (Hyd. – India) where she was the Gold medalist for her class of 1993.  She is a Cost accountant. Her graduation is in Commerce from St. Francis College – Osmania University (Hyd. – India). She has completed a course on Innovation of Products and Services: MITs approach to Design Thinking from MIT Sloan Executive Education, with distinction.
