“MBTI, NLP, CIPD… it’s just a load of acronyms. I can skim over this stuff, right?”
Wrong. We’ve trained and specialised in these tools because they will bring you insight and results. Here’s a bit more about what they can do for your organisation:

What is it?
A psychometric tool based on the psychology of Carl Jung, Insights Discovery is built to help people understand themselves, understand others, and make the most of the relationships that affect them in the workplace.
What does it do?
The insights Discovery methodology a simple and memorable four-colour model to help people understand their style, their strengths and the value they bring to the team. We call these the colour energies, and it’s the unique mix of Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green and Cool Blue energies, which determine how and why people behave the way they do.
How do DGi use it?
An individual profile is generated from the results of a quick online, easy to use questionnaire. We then provide feedback either at one to one coaching sessions or more usually at a group in-house training workshop. Each participant gets a highly detailed 20+ page personalised profile to take away.
Results?
When your people truly understand themselves, their potential for success goes through the roof. They make the best of their strengths and work on facing their challenges. Effective people. Effective teams, Effective business.

What is it?
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. It’s a multiple choice questionnaire.
What does it do?
It looks at how a person sees the world and how they interact with others.
How do DGi use it?
Our practitioners are experienced in looking beyond the ‘type’ MBTI reveals to uncover the many facets of each
unique individual.
Results?
Both working and personal relationships are positively and constructively improved. This is the most used psychometric tool in the world because it has the highest reliability and validity ratios.

What is it?
It’s a multiple choice personality test.
What does it do?
It identifies team role preferences. This allows individuals to understand where their strengths lie and which behaviours should be cultivated. This benefits both the team and the individual.
How do DGi use it?
We provide all the background administration to cover both self-assessment and 360 degree assessment. We help your teams to achieve their maximum potential.
Results?
Belbin enables people to build more productive working relationships, select and develop high performing teams, raise self awareness and personal effectiveness, and build mutual trust and understanding.

What is it?
British Psychological Society
What does it do?
It is the representative body for psychology and psychologists in the UK.
How do DGi use it?
DGi consultants are members of this body. They have studied psychometric testing, and been accredited in areas such as MBTI and Emotional Intelligence.
Results?
Our rigorous approach to psychometrics ensures the DGi team are best placed to interpret and explain
results without risk of misinformation or omission. Use of psychometrics without such high levels of expertise breaks the ‘terms of use’ of psychometric testing and can be damaging to welfare.

What is it?
The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development
What does it do?
It’s the professional body for for people management and development.
How do DGi use it?
Several DGi consultants are full members of the CIPD and are still involved in active personal development through their programmes and verification qualifications.
Results?
DGi’s access to CIPD resources and research helps us with informed opinion and learning resources.

What is it?
The Chartered Management Institute.
What does it do?
It’s the UK’s only professional body offering chartered qualifications in management and leadership.
How do DGi use it?
Members of DGi are Fellows and fully qualified External Verifiers at CMI, which means they have in-depth knowledge of the qualification standards. This helps us design and build programmes based on the national competency framework.
Results?
The CMI information base is the largest in Europe. Access to this database helps challenge and inform our approaches, as well as providing valuable learning resources.

What is it?
Neuro-Linguistic Programming. A training programme that contains the most positive and useful aspects of modern psychology rolled into one accessible concept.
What does it do?
It fosters Emotional Intelligence. And why do we need that? Because people buy people! People skills, such as communication and empathy with others, are better indicators of leadership, sales and management potential than qualifications or a high IQ.
How do DGi use it?
We identify strengths and weaknesses, then work on them to enhance performance. We develop self belief, assertiveness and confidence.
Results?
The training positively affects every aspect of personal and organisational development. That means better customer service, selling, interviewing, networking, negotiation, dispute management, problem solving, decision making…the list goes on.
